Accounts
Students must provide accurate account details, protect passwords, and must not share credentials or attempt unauthorized access. Service access may be restricted for abuse, subject to applicable law.
Use of materials
You may use materials for your own study according to your access rights. You may not redistribute, scrape, sell, republish, automate extraction of, or upload our question banks without permission, except as allowed by law.
Accuracy and changes
Content may be updated or corrected. Official examination structure, eligibility, dates, and policies must be confirmed with CANRA and the relevant regulator. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and liability
Service interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any enforceable limitation must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where students are served.
Payments and cancellation
Paid services, if offered, must disclose the full price, taxes, duration, renewals, cancellation terms and the applicable refund policy before checkout. See Refunds and cancellations.
